Reduced rates for eligible schools and charities. No discovery fee.
Workshop discovery — small organisation
A separate paid step for workshops. Includes a scoping meeting, a short written brief and a fixed workshop quote.
Workshop discovery — larger or cross-functional organisation
Separate from the workshop fee. Final price is agreed before discovery starts.
Beginner workshop — online, one day
Up to 16 people. Includes a starting check, end-of-day check and Day-30 and Day-90 follow-ups.
Beginner workshop — at your site, one day
Up to 30 people. Your organisation provides the room and screen. Travel outside the local area is extra.
Beginner workshop — hosted by Humantra-AI, one day
Up to 16 people. Planned room hire and catering are included.
Charity or school beginner workshop — online / your site / hosted
Reduced workshop fees. Separate discovery is £200 for a small organisation or from £450 for a larger or cross-functional group.
A free 20–30 minute call helps us check whether the service fits. Discovery is paid and separate from workshop delivery. Humantra-AI is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added. Any additional travel, accommodation or venue costs are agreed in writing before booking.
