Privacy notice (UK GDPR)

Who is responsible
HUMANTRA-AI LTD, company number 16826185, is the controller for personal information it decides how and why to use. Contact natasha@humantra-ai.com or write to our registered office.
What the enquiry form collects
The form collects your name, work email, organisation, chosen service, message and any optional details you provide. Do not include confidential, special-category or unnecessary personal information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond and take steps you request before a possible contract, or for our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries. We do not sell personal information or use the form for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who receives it
Authorised Humantra-AI personnel and service providers needed to host the website, transmit the form and store the private enquiry tracker may process the information. Google processes tracker data under the account’s Google terms; the website platform processes technical data needed to operate and secure the site.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside the UK. We rely on the contractual and transfer safeguards offered under the relevant service arrangements and do not promise UK-only storage.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a legal, security or documented business reason requires longer retention. Contract, finance and dispute records may be kept for their applicable legal periods. Calculator entries remain in your browser and are not sent to Humantra-AI.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Email natasha@humantra-ai.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity.
Complaints
Email natasha@humantra-ai.com first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Training and client work
Any engagement involving identifiable staff or participant information requires an agreed purpose, roles, safeguards, access and retention before collection. We do not use training activity as hidden employee monitoring.
Changes
We update this notice when our collection, providers or legal obligations materially change.
