Views of AI differ across ages and countries. Age alone does not tell us what someone knows, worries about or can learn.
Our take · Humantra-AI
We would not design learning around age-based assumptions. We would ask what each person already knows, what worries them and what support would help them try a safe first step.
More detail and research limits
Pew’s report compares views of AI across 37 countries and shows that the age gap is not one simple story. Older adults were often more concerned and less familiar with AI, while younger adults in several countries were more worried about job loss. The pattern varies by country, so age should never be treated as a verdict on somebody’s ability or willingness to learn.
