Now: a small, approved test. Next: plan access and dependencies. Later: resolve missing evidence or safeguards first.
Choose Save as PDF in your print window. The saved worksheet includes your full entries, not cropped input boxes. Longer entries may use another page rather than cut off your text.
Estimates are not guaranteed savings. Before a real test, agree approved tools, information boundaries, a responsible owner and a way to check results. Low effort does not mean low risk.
How to fill it in, in about 20 minutes
- Find candidates. Ask each team which repeated task takes time or causes avoidable friction.
- Write the possible value. Estimate hours, quality or waiting time, and note how you arrived at the number.
- Check the effort. A simple task may still need access, IT help, a policy decision or a person to approve the outcome.
- Choose a sequence. Start with a useful, low-risk test. Put work with unresolved dependencies in Next or Later.
- Name an owner. Agree who will check permissions, guide the test and review what actually changed.
Humantra-AI uses this as a starting conversation. It does not decide that every task needs AI, and estimated time is not guaranteed cash savings.
